When you contact MRG Studio or request a repair review, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, device details, service selections, and message content. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, or unrelated sensitive information through website forms.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to questions, evaluate repair requests, prepare invoices, provide shipping and service communication, prevent abuse, and maintain reasonable business records.
Service providers
Website forms are processed by Formspree. Approved repair invoices and payments are handled by PayPal under their respective privacy practices. Embedded videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, although YouTube may still receive information when a video is played.
Sharing
MRG Studio does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website, communicate, invoice, ship, or comply with legal obligations.
Retention and choices
Business correspondence and repair records may be retained as reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email givens@mrgstudio.com.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Payment details should be entered only on the PayPal-hosted invoice page.
